Individual Strengths Coaching Session
Each person meets me in a one-hour coaching session to delve into their Top 5 Strengths.
These sessions can be held in person or via Zoom.
We will focus on Strengths to be leveraged and applied.
We will notice and identify where Strengths are thriving.
Also, look at where Strengths may be causing a barrier or limitations.
Lastly, we will apply Strengths toward a hopeful future.
