About Me

My name is Jennifer Collier, and I am a passionate Hope Coach and a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach. I use engagement sessions to explore and develop naturally occurring Strengths and talents to build hope. 

As a creative person, I love the art of play for learning, growth, and awareness. From Play-Doh to LEGOs, the imagination is the perfect learning lab for all learners. Hope and love are the driving forces that energize and motivate me. 

I have my Master of Arts in Leadership. Authentic leadership, positive relationships, and emotional safety are essential to my coaching sessions.
